R1234Yf A/C Refrigerant Service Machine & LD 020 Leak Detector Kit
The AC1234-6LD includes the AC1234-6 1234YF Recover, Recycle, Recharge machine and the LD 020 Dual Mode Refrigerant Gas Leak Detector.
The AC1234-6 fully meets SAE’s requirement for recovering, recycling and recharging vehicle A/C systems that use the new R1234YF refrigerant. The AC1234-6 was the first commercially available machine to fully meet the SAE’s requirement for recovering, recycling and recharging vehicle A/C systems that use the new R1234YF refrigerant. The AC1234-6 is a fully automatic ACS machine that comes with an integrated refrigerant identifier that samples the refrigerant in the vehicle’s A/C system prior to recovery, is a highly accurate and reliable machine, and can service both standard and hybrid vehicle A/C systems.
NOTE: It is required that separate oil injectors be used for the injection of PAG Oil (on conventional systems) and POE Oil (on hybrid and HEV systems) to prevent system cross-contamination (See Robinair accessories 023-18460 Generic Oil Injector, 023-18465 PAG Oil Injector and 023-18470 POE Oil Injector). Each type oil injector includes low side manual quick coupler to connect to the vehicle’s A/C system. Use the appropriate Robinair syringe-type injector to add PAG or POE type lubricant oil to the Low Side of a fully pressurized A/C system. Just fill the barrel with the amount of oil needed, connect the injector, and press the plunger.
LD 020 Description:
The LD 020 is a dual mode leak detector featuring both electronic heated sensor and patented UV detection modes. The long life solid electrolyte sensor technology is designed to detect both R134a and the new HFO refrigerant R-1234yf that is replacing R-134a. The LD 020 is highly sensitive to all HCFC, HFC, blends and HC refrigerants. The LD 020’s unique digital leak size indicator takes the guesswork out of whether or not to repair a small leak. The digital display is independent from the audio alarm and sensitivity level, allowing the precise pinpointing of the leak source. The LD 020 does not require rechargeable batteries.
LD 020 CERTIFIED:
• SAE J2791 (R-134A) &
• SAE J2913 (R-1234YF)
