Henrob's battery-powered Self-Pierce Rivet (SPR) removal and insertion tool kit is catered to the repair of the 2015 F-150. The removal kit holds the contents needed to make repairs on the truck body which is assembled with over 2,200 Henrob SPR's. Henrob Self-Pierce Riveting is a cold joining process used to fasten two or more sheets of material by driving a rivet through the top sheet(s) and upsetting the rivet, under the influence of a die, into the lower sheet without piercing it. The tool accepts Henrob belt collated SPR's which feed through the nose of the tool with a c-frame that rotates 360 degrees. Henrob belt collated SPR's are available through the Ford parts system.
