EVO System is a universal anchoring, holding and fixture system that contains a minimum number of components. EVO is available in three packages and is adaptable and can be assembled in a variety of configurations to address your repair needs. These three universal packages will work for every vehicle year, make and model. Never have to pay rental fixture costs. EVO 3 is universal fixturing for new parts during welding, riveting and bonding processes of vehicle repair. The EVO System is integrated with Car-O-Liner's data and software to support the complete vehicle repair process. The combination of an EVO System and Car-O-Tronic Vision2 software replaces the need to rent or buy a set of dedicated fixtures for each vehicle model.
The package includes the following of varying sizes:
- 11- Threaded cone bushings
- 5 - Threaded bushings
- 3 - EVO 3 holders
- 2 - Bracket angle holders
- 3 - Lock wedges with handles
- 1 each of: mini clamp, universal joint and angle holder
